Izabela Horzempa, PA-C

Izabela graduated from Fairfield University with a BS in Biology, along with a double minor in Philosophy and Health Studies. She earned her Master’s Degree of Physician Assistant Studies at St. John’s University, where she served as Class President and volunteered as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). Izabela completed clinical training in private offices in Connecticut and New York City, as well as in prestigious hospitals, such as Northwell, Montefiore, Nuvance Health, and Yale New Haven. She is certified by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants. Izabela is a member of CT Dermatology NP and PA Organization and Omicron Delta Kappa Leadership Honor Society.

She is fluent in Polish.
